To ensure consistent excellence in appearance, durability, and performance, we implement a comprehensive quality control system throughout the entire manufacturing process of our marble porcelain tiles. Each stage is carefully monitored by experienced technicians and supported by precision testing equipment, following international standards such as ISO 10545 and ANSI A137.1.
We begin with strict sourcing of raw materials—fine kaolin clay, feldspar, and high-grade pigments—ensuring uniformity and chemical stability. Each batch is tested for moisture content, particle size, and mineral composition before processing.
High-tonnage hydraulic presses form the tiles under uniform pressure to guarantee strength and dimensional consistency. Firing is controlled in a computerized kiln, with exact temperature curves (typically >1200°C) to achieve vitrification and durability. Continuous quality checks prevent warping, cracks, or discoloration.
Advanced digital printing creates the marble-effect veining, with 20–40 face variations per model to avoid pattern repetition. Glaze is inspected for color consistency, shine, scratch resistance, and stain resistance under both natural and artificial lighting.
Finished tiles are tested for water absorption (<0.5%), hardness (Mohs scale ≥7), surface flatness, slip resistance (R9–R11 rating), and breaking strength. Random sampling ensures every lot meets international performance standards.
After automated and manual visual inspection, only flawless tiles are approved for export. Tiles are sorted by shade and caliber, securely packed with shock-resistant materials, and labeled for traceability.
Through our rigorous quality control process, we deliver marble porcelain tiles that not only emulate natural stone beauty but also offer the consistency and durability required in modern architecture.
